2ndWindPro is seeking an enthusiastic, articulate and proactive Office Assistant to join our growing sales and marketing company in trendy East London. This will be a busy, varied role which will involve you supporting team members across the business, so, if you like variety and are a pro at multi-tasking then this is the role for you! Main duties will include but are not limited to: Meeting and greeting visitors, handling stationery orders, fielding telephone enquiries, keeping kitchen and office supplies replenished as well as general admin duties for the team.
Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
- 1 year minimum of related experience (ideally in an office environment)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and ‘can-do’ attitude
